Private Event Rental

Built by a local family in 1964, The Benedict is a Mid-Century modern gem, located on 3 acres in beautiful Morro Bay, California. The space has several areas that are available for an hourly or daily rental fee. We can accommodate a wide range of events from weddings and celebrations to community and creative endeavors, with up to several hundred attendees or smaller and more intimate gatherings.

We have staff on hand to help with decor, design, set up and take down of themed events at an additional fee that will be determined and outlined in your Event Rental Agreement. Bring your items to The Benedict and let’s bring them to life!. 

All event rentals include:
Use of up to 200 chairs*
4 & 8 ft length tables*
Outside patio furniture
*limited quantities

Pricing is currently $100 an hour with one hour before and one hour after your event at no additional cost for set up and tear down. All events are required to have private event insurance for the day of the event. This must be in place and proof of insurance emailed to kara@thebenedictmb.org 5 days prior to the event.

Events that include a no host bar must apply for an ABC license through the county of San Luis Obispo ABC office, which requires a 501(c)3 sponsor.
